I'm Eleanor, a Body Control Pilates-certified teacher based in Lincolnshire. I specialise in group Pilates classes and one to one Pilates sessions, designed to your own unique needs.
Qualified in pre and post natal Pilates, Pilates for performance (runners) and breast cancer rehab, I thrive on working closely with clients to achieve your mental and physical goals, and love to see you develop in strength and confidence.
I also run group Pilates classes in Tetney and Louth, Lincolnshire. Friendly and welcoming, they are a great way to get a full body workout with a group of like-minded people.
