I specialise in bespoke, one to one Pilates classes and love helping my clients improve in strength, posture and achieve their goals. If you have specific needs or requirements, or struggle with motivation to exercise independently, private Pilates sessions are a great option. Together, we will define your goals and work together to achieve them, whether you wish to be a more efficient runner, support your body through pregnancy, are recovering from injury or living through breast cancer.
